Research has shown that group counseling is an effective intervention. Group therapy sessions have the additional benefit of allowing young adults to learn not only from their therapists and themselves, but from their peers as well. 

Coaching & Consultation

You might find it hard to focus, manage stress, regulate emotions, and control impulses all while balancing your relationships, responsibilities, and goals. We offer research-backed coaching to help you improve cognitive skills necessary to manage tasks, time, and goals effectively.

From navigating how to make the most of all four years of your undergraduate education to coaching topics that address the transitions that most college students experience, we offer specific, individualized guidance for college students to succeed and thrive
